When it comes to society and civilization, it is a collective of what ultimately adds to progress, over the pervasive, perverse and detrimental.
Leadership is critical to advancement, in all aspects; perturbed assumptions and fallacies are damaging, of course.
Attributes of growth go beyond standards of bamboozledment displays, and deflections of facts, too.
Corruption, evil, go hand on hand with these often, for a reason.
Placing oneself in harmful takes in any position of being a part of society and civilization, regardless of how seemingly insignificant/ significant, or actual influence with power to shift anything for better, or for worse, directly, matters at all levels.
Remember, it’s a collective, not an individual, not one person. Even when the mastery is of one person, their ability to impact is not exclusive.
Even in a take of a “God-like” ability, it’d be at most to destroy it all; to influence each of those who actually allow, and what they do with that “influence”, perspective.
Faith, regardless of what, or choice not to, doesn’t matter.
The idea is the understanding of impact, beyond ignorance of trying to redefine anything, for the sake of living in the illusion of delusions – alphabetical, meaning, understanding skewing is damaging to those who invite it in, and what/ who they are allowed to spread such over to, nothing else.
Not knowing is one thing, willingly damaging one’s understanding, and or confusing what misinformed is, and updating such, is also another.
Balance.
It is not some pursue of profound genius, rather of understanding the evolved science of being homosapien, over other species. The thinking man.
This is where leadership is supposed to reflect a higher intellectual person, not an image of one, not the “collective attractiveness” of the illusion of.
It’s not aggressiveness or the opposite, it’s not being cunning over the other extreme, and so on; it really is the balance of all aspects, to each situation accordingly, logically, in actual application; denying situations of extreme, or inflating comforts is not the point.
Not common, not a celebrity, or other everyday traits determined; ironically, those in such positions where curated images depend on, will imitate/ plagiarize those traits/ individuals with, but not recognize them in true direct acknowledgement often.
Any two basis of thinking simply can comprehend the equation of it all; it isn’t approval of unconstructive behaviour, of course.
If damaging traits, and fallacies are favored upon society and or civilization, the outcomes inevitably reflect the same, amplified; regardless of the admittance of, not, reality isn’t something that can be curated into a momentary image, obviously.
In the sense of what is covered on the reality of society at present, diplomacy, and facade are not the same thing, by a long shot.
I live in North America, for example. Very different culturally and ergo the dynamics of what might work and not, not just locally, but in the sense of the international relationships of all aspects in society and civilization.
Excuses run in unlimited supply, and they are not equivalent of explanations for understanding, particularly where situations demand them, especially in the scale of public and similar leadership.
In Canada where I live, and the United States, the closest neighbouring country, a lot of situations have impacted social, and civil dynamics the last decade or so.
Taking promising growth and advancement into less than desirable scenarios.
The image of age, political affiliations, even personal choices such as gender, faith, or other traits like geolocation, etc, have been used to attempt to swindle politically and in like circles, while using these things, commonly affiliated with “better leadership”, as narratives for useless and actually failing leadership, endorsement.
Learning to discern from shock factors, and factual issues that are impactful and matter, is necessary to not fail oneself and what indicates one’s participation in the collective of civilization/ society.
Diplomacy and collusion differ greatly; like ignoring and moving on.
On the note of living in North America, the contrasting image of what were prior politics from the same political branch in Canada, for example, it’s significant.
Besides being the same branch, the public image of ethical and caring being factors at hand, however in application of actual leadership capability differing significantly, are easily observable traits between characters.
It is still early for Mr. Carney to be fully compared to Mr. Trudeau, and or other leaders previously, or aspiring to, from other political branches, but the strength of professionalism, direct approach and addressing of situations affecting Canada locally and internationally, are hands down not comparable to the current leaders from other branches aspiring to become; personally, I do not see such qualities in any of the leaders in other political parties currently, and such to be true to the matter, do not happen overnight.
The use of gaslighting and or deflection tactics usually observed across other leadership, even beyond local, are definitely not factors of reliance into Mr. Carney’s style of politics, which is one true trait of an actual capable leader, especially in the level of the position held.
Likewise in the neighbouring United States, and even other leadership locally, such as provincial, it leaves a lot to wish for, when looking at individuals like Douglas Ford, and Donald Trump.
Even if wanting to ignore their grotesque style of gaslighting the public, and peddling perturbing takes, they have done severe economic and social damage since sitting in office at each of their respective levels, and places.
Promoting individuals like Elon Musk whom have been significantly toxic in society and civilization advancement, regardless of the curated media images, and changing narratives out of investigative convenience, further show why such people are not beneficial in leadership positions.
Not limited to, but a long list that seems endless of the negative impact such individuals, even accounting the length of time of opportunity they have had, adds more to the point.
Size of office, are not limitations; in like contrast, Mr. Newsom, leader of the state of California, is a good candidate in this same example, that shows the difference made, when truly wanting to lead with intellect, not ignorant rhetoric, seeking self gain/ benefit.
If left to be, damaging choices expand to the spaces they are in, as much as if properly supported and acknowledged, big or small, admirable minds become positive assets, beyond themselves and lives because of one’s own personal selections.
There is no such a thing as diluting greatness and getting out of the ordinary outcomes; you get how and what you invest on, in equal, not in beliefs of what that is or means, that’s for sure.
